Apparently there is Firmware 5.08 available now, but I haven't seen anything about it. My Emodio is completely the same and it's not bugging me for any software updates. It is, actually bugging me for a software update, but I think that that is for Emodio...
I'll download it and get back to post...

EDIT: After further revision, I found out that 5.08 was indeed available and that my mp3 was already functioning on it.
