Watchmen was a great movie, but as expected, it came short of The Dark Knight greatness.
The story is as good as TDK's, but a lot of people would disagree due to confusion; you have to be a little familiar with the comic to fully understand the movie.
The vigilantes had solid acting, with the exception of Ozymandias and Silk Spectre. I think the best of the bunch was Rorschach, with his violent psyche expertly portrayed by an actor I'd never heard of...
